“Although a fan of puppetry since I was young, I never saw myself getting involved. However, that all changed when I saw the power and impact the Center for Puppetry Arts can have. Having lived in Atlanta for over 30 years, I’ve known the Center to be an experience in midtown for families with younger children, but after visiting and experiencing the importance of keeping this art form alive, I found myself completely hooked! I am so excited to join the CFPA family!” – Joe King, Senior Partner, Ernst & Young Atlanta
From 1993 to 1995, King was a resident at EY’s National Accounting Group (New York), working on national and international accounting matters. King has also served some of the Southeast’s largest technology clients throughout his career. “Participation in the arts has a profoundly positive impact on children’s lives, I’ve seen it with my own kids. I’ve always known how the Center is able to impact so many young lives in the Atlanta community, but once I saw everything the Center has to offer young and old alike, I wanted to be involved with this group of amazing staff and volunteers. I am thrilled to be joining the Board of CFPA and am honored to be included in this talented group.” – Denis Pichanick, Head of Finance Intelliflo at Invesco
