This live workshop will show you some of the specific tools you need for puppet fabrication, as well as some random pieces you never knew could function the way that they do. Stick around for bonus tools you can customize at home!

Puppet Shop Manager
Carole D’Agostino
Carole D’Agostino is a puppeteer and fabricator for TV, film, and stage. She’s also the Puppet Shop Manager at the Center for Puppetry Arts! Her original piece Helix of Fire was part of the Center’s Xperimental Puppet Theater (XPT) in 2017. Other work collaborations include The Kennedy Center’s Don’t Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus! The Musical, as well other projects with The Jim Henson Creature Shop NYC, Puppet Heap and The Lyon Puppets. Selected credits: Muppets: Most Wanted, Sesame Street, Crank Yankers, Greg the Bunny, Broadway’s Avenue Q, Aladdin, and Shrek! The Musical. She was an original cast member in John Tartaglia’s ImaginOcean Off Broadway.
